Sometimes they just lipo them. If you check online you can probably find example of it. I have always had mixed feelings about thigh lifts. My friend who is a plastic surgeon, he just frowned and shook his head when I mentioned that procedure. They will be replaced by new drapes....lol I mean to say your skin will now hang in drapes down your le, like an uninflated balloon. Mine look like half starved, dehydrated elephant legs, all drapey.
