If you do squish training, you set the limits anywhere in the brainwave spectrum. For squash you have the limits at say 2 Hz and 35 Hz, at the edges of the spectrum.

Betreff: Squish or Squash?

What's the difference between the two. I'm trying to downtrain high beta all over the brain at FZ + OZ with linked ears reference. I like the closed eyes protocols better than watching video.

The TLC Squash designs use 2-38 Hz, so you train down the whole band.  If the brain is dominated by 23-38, for example, that frequency is most likely be be affected by the Squash, but the Squash also protects against other frequencies surging up as the high-beta goes down.

The Squish is a " mini-Squash " .  It combines 2 channels of signal at a selected frequency (23-38 is one option) and trains down the total.Pete-- Van Deusenpvdtlc@...
