Guest guest
Greetings,I would like to see some comments on this as well. I'm about to get my sister started with nirHEG to help recover from a stroke in the left frontal lobe. I have a Alpha Stim but I never used it very much to produce alpha brain entrainment. I didn't find the sensation of being on a rocking boat very appealing. If there is some advantage of running both at the same time, we would certainly do it. We will probably try it any way. Specifically, what I'm seeing, and I recall Hershel saying once that there is a frontal relation with the brain stem, that while running binaural beats through the Pocket A3 at the gamma frequency with CES and HEG, a great steady climb in %HEG Gain and Ratio. Would be interested to hear your thoughts, Thanks, Mike

Guest guest
Hi , Most significantly I'm finding a feeling of calm while doing the HEG, which allows me to focus in on the exercise much better, hope that helps! Mike

Guest guest
Hi , I'm actually using the preset established with the pocket A3, under the " HEG + BB " (Binaural Beats). I'm guessing this would be 38-42Hz, which I'm sure Bruce over at PocketNeurobics could verify. Thanks, Mike
