Guest guest
I use this right after a work out at the gym. Gyms are probably the worst sources of germs, besides having sick kids coming from school infected with germs! http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/03/100323223948.htm Regards, Vergel
Guest guest
It's also a good idea to wear gloves when using free weights.A few years ago with semi-frequency, I was getting little warts on my hands and fingers. My doctor took a look at my hands and asked, "do you lift weights?" I told him yes. He said, "That's your problem. There are all kinds of viruses on the equipment and when you stress the surfaces of your hands, you're giving those wart-causing viruses an open door. Use workout gloves". I did, and I stopped getting warts on my hands immediately.>> > I use this right after a work out at the gym.
