I use Kirkman's Everyday multivitamin. I use it because

it it gfcf and has no dyes.

I use an additional calcium and iron supplement. I

admit that Kirkman's Lab can be more expensive but

I don't have to scrutinize every label in the grocery

store this way. :)

Hi ,

What are the specific names of the vitamins you buy through Kirkman's?

Thanks.

Tina,

Is it the infant liquid you use - if so is it suitable for a 6yo? What

dosage? We use the poli-vi-sol tablets, but discard the red ones - usually

about half the bottle.

Thanks

Thanka Tina,

I have a bottle on standby - do you think the artificial caramel flavor and

color might cause an adverse reaction - or a trial and error thing?

It doesn't effect adversely. But trial and error is definately the key.

Her immune system doesn't react to those artificial colors and

flavors----that's one thing to be thankful for!
