Guest guest
> I need some suggestions for a good multi-vitamin for my 3 year old. Which ones have your kids tolerated well and which ones should be avoided? [end quote] I use Kirkman's Everyday multivitamin. I use it because it it gfcf and has no dyes. I use an additional calcium and iron supplement. I admit that Kirkman's Lab can be more expensive but I don't have to scrutinize every label in the grocery store this way. Guest guest
Tina, Is it the infant liquid you use - if so is it suitable for a 6yo? What dosage? We use the poli-vi-sol tablets, but discard the red ones - usually about half the bottle. Thanks Re: multi-vitamin Mine have done well with poly vi sol liquid. Tina M. Hendrix Cure2000@... Guest guest
Thanka Tina, I have a bottle on standby - do you think the artificial caramel flavor and color might cause an adverse reaction - or a trial and error thing? But trial and error is definately the key. Her immune system doesn't react to those artificial colors and flavors----that's one thing to be thankful for! Tina Tina M. Hendrix Cure2000@...
