I have been dealing with warts since I was a kid. When i was little I got a huge planters wart on my foot. Then I had one little flat wart on my arm that had to be taken care of. I contracted HPV when I was in college but didn't have any issues until I became HIV and began to get sick.

, you might correct me if I am wrong.....but I believe that most people carry some type of wart infection and have no idea they are carrying it. Weather its the HPV's that cause Cancer or just the flat warts. Your body can go on and carry these forever and you may never have a symptom or maybe just one or 2 throughout a whole life time.

My point is that the minute your immune system become compromised...with HIV or any other auto immune disease. That's gives that wart virus an open road throughout your body. Or even stress that messes with the immune system will cause an out break.

I believe its all about staying healthy and just watch your numbers and be on top of everything. Every time I start having stress issues or some kind of compromise to my body I have some kind of outbreak. Even if its just a few that show up and then all of a sudden they will go away. I go to a dermatologist and have most of them burned and I also use Interleukin injections into the wart that will help with the really stubborn ones.

My objective is just to keep an eye out. Don't let them get too far. If you find one go and see the Dr. and take care of it asap or they could and will spread. Especially if you shave over them. And most of all, as we all do, just try and stay strong and healthy and be as stress free as possible. I know from my own experience that's really hard sometimes but that seems to be the remedy for my controlling them. Don't ignore anything that just pops up all of a sudden.

Anyway, just my experience with mine...hope this helps someone:)

happy holidays u guys
