Hello,

To unsubscribe do you still just send a blank message

to:bowel cleanse-unsubscribeegroups

I tried to do this but I am still getting mail. I am getting off for a little

bit but hope to get back on later. If anyone knows how I can unsubcribe

please let me know,thanks....Tonya

Since they have merged groups, you have to know the password for egroups.

I went to and merged all of my accounts

then went to each individual group and changed whatever I wanted with them.

Good luck,

You don't have to unsubscribe if you are coming back

later. You can stop the messages coming into your

mailbox. Heres how.

First go to .com, the main page, sign in.

And then look for hypertext, click " MY Groups. "

there will be a list of groups you signed onto.

Click " Edit delivery Options. "

On this page you can make a change to unsubscribe or

to have no e-mail sent to you. Select " No mail "

Next click " Save Changes " Your done.

Ya I know. We who have pain issues and do not sleep well tend to " yak " too much

at night.... daytime too, I guess. I have found very few spam emails on this

group. If your " problem " was so easily solved, simply unsubscribe to the group,

and wish us well in the process. Simple.
