people's last name

Here is a little tibit that might be useful for those wanting to

call someone that is in the hospital and we don't know their last

name.

When I call I ask for the baraitic unit then if I am lucky I get

and tell her the first name,she will then tell me just a

moment and she will ask them if they would like to a ph call,if they

don't I don't talk to them,if they do then I get to chat for a few.

That was no one gets the last name unless the patients wants to give

it.
