Hi Pete,

Do you recommend doing occipital alpha training at O1 instead of OZ or O2?

I found some posts in the archives suggesting that alpha at O1 should be greater

than at O2, which of course differs from the usual recommendations for parietal,

central, frontal, etc. that right hemisphere alpha should be greater than left

hemisphere alpha.
