Thanks, Luke Hi Luke-- Both growth hormone and growth hormone releasing hormone worked when I was in a study of each. Growth hormone worked faster and more dramatically, the growth hormone releasing hormone was slower and less pronounced, but still helped decrease my belly. Serostim is available but hard to get insurance to pay for--it's only indication is for wasting (>10% body weight loss) although the visceral fat data is on the label. So maybe if you have a good dr and good insurance you could make a case to get it covered. Be sure you don't have any underlying insulin resistance, as it can worsen it and even cause diabetes--that's why it didn't get the visceral fat indication for its label. Tesamorelin (growth hormone releasing hormone) has passed its latest hurdle at the FDA and should be approved sometime later this year. Not likely to be cheap either. Neither Serostim nor tesamorelin (brand name: Egrifta) is likely to completely eliminate a pronounced gut. I found that combining a low carb diet & exercise along with the GH or GHRH was very effective. After the studies I switched to a non-Norvir boosted regimen, and that made huge difference and I hardly have any gut now. (Currently on Isentress, Viramune, & unboosted Reyataz--unorthodox, but it works for me) Hope this helps, Jeff in Palm Springs
