There is an Air Force base near there--at Lamore, I believe. I know it's not a NAVY base! LOL Dumb Question time. Seems like when I went to Delano, I saw the name tulare. More info: Delano is on the county line between Kern and Tulare counties. Hence, Countyline Road where Perkos is. There is also the town of Tulare, further north. I drive through it on my way to Visalia every day. Le Naval station is in Hanford, Tulare cty, right Cindee? Where Cindee lives in joyous Cin.
