Guest guest
Thank you Pete,Is there such a thing as setting up a conflict? One of my session plans is CZ/A2/C3/C4/A2 Options 2C (IN 2-6, 16-38; REW 12-16) EO and C3/A1/CZ/C4/A2 (L) 2C Multiband coherence combined EC/EO.What design would I use to set up Cz/A1 IN 2-38 and REW 12-16 in? I am self training with a 2 channel Focus. I have enjoyed some of the affects of minimal use of cannabis for relaxation after a day of intense physical work, 2 or 3 puffs in the evening. I haven't done this for several months because I have found training P3 & P4 with Option 2C Music Video (IN 2-6, 16-38; REW 6-13) and 2C Multiband Coherence Combined to be very satisfying and more permanent mentally. I also like Options-Sync Two-Band between FZ & PZ. What I miss is the affect of the cannabinols on my spinal receptors. They seemed to inspire deep physical relaxation with motivation to stretch. I am wondering if there are any Designs to encourage this affect? During Multiband Coherence sessions I am in the target zone about 50% of the time. I set all the bands to manual now, where in the beginning I had them all set to auto because I was so far from the zone. I also have a training goal to increase my time and control in lucid dream states. I would appreciate any comment and suggestion from anyone working with this goal as well. My dream memory is vastly improved however I don't seem to making much progress with my volition while dreaming. Thanks
Guest guest
,Yes, there is such a thing as setting up a conflict, but I don't see how that fits with the plan set you are asking about. If you are asking about training Cz alone, that would be a one-channel design, so you would use Options--1C and click the 2-38 band to inhibit it and the 12-16 band to reward it.
