Going in the morning for a consultation bout using Artefill, anyone have advice?

I am trying to find something besides Sculptra that will actually last.. Sculptra/Newfill had been working good enough for a good number of years, 5 or so but really does not seem to do anything anymore. I keep having more and more odd dents in my face , and it never gets any fuller from touchups..

So I am looking into Artefill... Now I hear the company that makes it (Artefill) has gone bankrupt so I am not happy about that, and its really to expensive to use for the whole cheek..but I am hoping it might work for these odd dents and valleys that are appearing that the Sculptra does not seem to affect anymore.

Has anyone on here used Artefill? Any comments on it? I do hear something called Aquamid may be approved soon and it looks promising. Al
