well, how simple! I thought maybe someone had a tried and true recipe that

was unscrew-upable....LOL. I've made it before and was not impressed with my

version. Any particular brand of pasta? I liked the taste of the tomatoes and

the

ricotta(?) cheese together.

I don't remember the name of the brand and it was years ago. It was

the national brand, not a store brand. But....you can eat pasta?!?

I found out Cheese Whiz is off my edible list. Very unpleasant

experience. Then I had to go and repeat it to verify it was true.

What a ditz I am.

So far so good with pasta....Maybe because I eat more meat sauce and cheese

than the actual noodles?

Home made, of course! Making pasta is simple. If I can do it anyone can!

But, if you MUST use pre-made, any brand, Mel, just do NOT try that high

protein pasta. That stuff defies human language to register the disgusting

taste!

If your local market has the fresh stuff (in the refrigerator case?) that is

really best and no precooking the pasta because it's fresh and soft already.

Well Marta,

One must be sure that what you like is the culprit, cause who wants

to give up what we like? I dont think thats ditzy, just smart.

grew out of it too....who knows, it could work..
