I was given the CPT Code of S0196 by United Healthcare but they still denied the claim.

I'm in the appeals process now.

Hi All,My Dermatologst says he can't get the proper codes from Medicare to do Sculptra or any procedure, so he can't get paid. Anyone out there who's Doc. has been successful geting paid? Can you share the codes?
