Guest guest
I have suffered for years with sinus infections. My ENT suggested Netipot but it was so gross that I never used it. Things got so bad that I started using netipot and then switched to Neilmed which is made by NEtipot but is a squirt bottle. All the mucus in your sinuses are a perfect breeding ground for infection. By keeping it irrigated out, the infection has nowhere to grow. Getting the right temp is the key to comfort. It comes with salt packets which are expensive. My ENT told me to use 1 tsp of sea salt and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. I do it twice a day year round and have stopped seeing my ENT on a regular basis.I have been able to stop taking Zyrtec as long as I am diligent on doing this twice daily.Try it! It is better than anything else! I wish I would have used it years ago instead of taking all those awful antihistimines.Ben in Atlanta.
