For the person with the liver transplant who has fatigue:I think you are taking Lexiva. That drug kicked my butt with fatigue. I think the "sulfa" part of it was probably the culprit. http://www.thebody.com/content/art1323.htmlLike JB was saying..hopefully when your liver normalizes, your energy can improveIn the mean while, also talk to your doctor about a diagnosis for sleep apnea (he will send you to a sleep lab). Talk to him or her also about using Nuvigil (talk to your hepatologist for sure!) or Adderrall (just to name examples). Your blood level of

total testosterone should be above 500 nanograms per cc, so make sure it is. If it is low, ask for a testosterone gel. Make sure you explore to see if you have depression since that is one of the main reasons for fatigue.Going to sleep at the same time and getting up early after at least 8 hours of sleep is important. Some of us have to take sleep meds to attain that.Fatigue is my main problem, but I manage it with lots of pharmaceuticals :)http://www.thebody.com/content/art1323.html Regards, Vergelpowerusa dot org
