, Is that you? Are you the same E. M. I knew in Princeton NJ? [After all, how many ' Margoshes' ' can there be?] It's been years! This is Jane Shockey , Judy 's sister. If you are the same E. M., I'd love to hear from you--it's been a long time. But please let me know either way, whether you are or aren't the same Margosches.Yours,Jane Shockey ...back East from CA and living in New Hope PAPS: I'm sending this email to you via the group as well as your personal

email address to increase the likelihood that you'll get it, as my email has been messed up lately. From: Margoshes <drmargoshes@...> Sent: Tuesday, August 16, 2011 7:47 PMSubject: Getting some stats on some NF sessions

hello listmates,For partial requirements for my BCIA certification in BIO, not Neurofeedback, I am using NF as one of the modalities (you need several). I am using 10 sessions I did with a "client" (my son). I trained down 2-38Hz using DVD feedback. This was indicated in the TLC assessment. I need to show some "data" to my supervisor, that is, some numbers that show "what happened." What I have readily available is a counter that counted the number of times my son achieved the "goal" (I can't even remember what the goal was now, but it was whatever made the DVD get bigger). This seems like such a gross measure (the goal was probably achieved when he moved around in certain ways as well as when his brainwaves did what they were supposed to do -- we did notice that gross head movements changed the signal more than anything else).

Anyway, is there anything else I can use as "data" to show my supervisor? I have never used BioReview. Is it too late (because I didn't set it up in advance) to ask BioReview to count *something* that would show any changes that occurred during these 10 sessions?

thank you!Liz -- Margoshes, Ph.D.New York State Licensed Psychologist
