Hi Barb,

Please remember to check the drug interaction between

homeopathic remedies and prescription drugs!! Some can have

minor side effects while others can cause a lot of distress

or reduce the effectiveness of one or the other!

I did not want to expose my children to any chemicals so we

tried different things, including valerian. We found that

it just wasn't strong enough to replace the misfiring

neurotransmitters in their brains! When they were on

SSRI's, the tended to require the maximum dose for it to

work.

Every year I attend the research seminars at the

OCFoundation conferences and unfortunately there still is

no concrete evidence making homeopathy a choice for

treatment.

According to the research, up to date as of last summer,

there is not adequate nor conclusive information or any

legitimate studies that give evidence that homeopathy can

work. CBT remains the first line for children.

take care of yourself, we all go through good and bad

times, but in the end, you will survive.

I thought I could use it too! This particular remedy was

recommended by a woman working at a health food
