I was intrigued by GBTRx Pharmacy's hormone replacement medications and their patient assistance program. I researched some basic information on using this

pharmacy for obtaining products such as nandrolone and testosterone. Some of the information in this post was already provided to by GBTRx.Some of the products available at GBTRx are oral dissolvable testosterone tablets, testosterone cypionate, testosterone enenthate, testosterone propionate, nandrolone decanoate, stanozolol, oxandrolone and testosterone creams/gels. They state that they have a patent-pending for their testosterone tablets that are taken orally and can be made to any strength from 2mg-100mg. They also claim

that each batch of their compound injectables is tested for potency and sterility as well as pH testing. GBTRx has a Patient's Assistance Program (PAP). The program is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines; for those who qualify, discounts will range from 15% to 60%, depending on

income level. The maximum level to qualify is 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. That level is currently at a gross income of $3,170.00 per month. Patients can establish income by furnishing a copy of last year’s W-2 statement or copies of their last 3 pay stubs.Initial ordering from GBTRx is notably convenient. The pharmacy will accept a faxed copy of the doctor's prescription as long as it is sent from the doctor’s office. Also, the pharmacy is set-up to receive e-prescriptions and can set-up the program with the patient's doctor so they can receive prescriptions electronically. The prescription can be telephoned in as long as the pharmacy receives the patient’s name, address, known allergies, medication(s), quantity and directions for use. Additionally, the doctor must give his/her DEA#, State License#

and name. No letter stating medical necessity is required.GBTRx will not telephone doctors' offices for refills, but doctors may give refills on original prescriptions. GBTRx accepts phone calls from doctors' offices for refills. GBTRx will not bill insurance (including Medicare and Medicaid) but will fill out universal claims forms for patients to submit to their insurance companies. They do not work with ADAP because they claim that "ADAP’s do not work with compounding pharmacies." A shipping charge is added to all orders. They ship UPS and standard rates for UPS ground apply unless otherwise specified. Exact charges can be found in advance from the UPS website: www.ups.com . If the patient needs the medication(s) sooner, the pharmacy will ship per the patient’s needs, but the patient will pay for the extra shipping charges. Here are current cash/credit card prices for some of the hormone replacement medications offered by GBTRx. Any qualifying PAP discounts will reduce these prices.
