Guest guest
Been eating good, my usual veggies + lean protien stuff. I'm thinking it might be strep throat. I do not get the symtoms most associated with this infection anymore. I do not get fever, coughing, or sneezing but my throat will feel slightly tender. My throat is slighly red but no white spots. It's weird because when I do get strep my first clue is my mitral valve prolapse acts up. Guess I wait and see if it gets better or worse. The dejavu episodes are not happening once or twice a day but all the time, every few minutes. Maybe my brain is just trying to get a grip on the big picture by reguritating small details over and over. Guest guest
I'd be inclined to persist if this continues for more that a day. Also, llike other people have said, make sure you are eating properly. If you are in a part of the country where the heat is high, it may be a combination of heat, not enough hydration, not the right kind of food, and of course, the rest of the stress you are experiencing. Just an opinion. Tom Administrator The dejavu episodes are not happening once or twice a day but all the time, every few minutes. Guest guest
I'm such a spaz! I gave blood Sunday duh. I think hydration/exta fluids & vitamins might be the key. It has been very hot, although I'm staying indoors most of the day. Kim > > I'd be inclined to persist if this continues for more that a day. Guest guest
Kim, Stop yelling at yourself. Yes this is an order, your are not a spaz, you are under a great deal of stress right now. Forgive yourself and let it go. Its been horribley hot here too, I haven't been feeling much like myself for a couple of days now. You have to remember to take care of yourself though, if you don't take care of yourself you can't care for anyone else. Put yourself first for a little while (its the most difficult thing in the world for me to do so I can sympathise). It will help. Take care. Beth. Kim <6emini@...> wrote: I'm such a spaz! Guest guest
" I'd be inclined to persist if this continues for more that a day. " I don't know what that meant. It seems I am having brain spasms of my own. I meant that you should consider seeing a doctor if they last more than a day. Tom

Guest guest
Hi Kim it sounds like you are stressed out and maybe just need some time out? My brain can get like how you described from time to time, especially if I am trying to deal with too much. I had a fairly bad meltdown last night and it has been a while since I'd had one of those :-( I just hit overload and have spent most of today sleeping, feeling better now though :-) maybe my brain just needed to crash. > > Been eating good, my usual veggies + lean protien stuff. Guest guest
It is less intense now but still occuring. I do need to get more zzz's, staying up late and waking up early. I'm not yawning or have other normal indications of the lack of sleep effecting me. I've been doing some quiet meditiation and stretching mostly in the neck. I have TMJ and arthritis in the jaw, have the grinding teeth in my sleep. I do wear a night gaurd that helps save the pearly whites from wearing down more than they are, my lopsided bite. Wish my kids would spend some time at the friends homes and give me a small break but my home seems to be the " happening place " . Good for you with getting that extra rest! Guest guest
A multiple choice question for everyone. What is the cause of Kim's brain spasms? a. Lack of sleep b. Stress & anxiety c. Dehydration d. Giving blood e. Lack of vital vitamins & minerals f. All of the above Your answer will count as part of your grade ha ha. Guest guest
F. All of the above. I just saw a show on an animal channel saying how women's birth control pills is leaking into the water and isn't going away. 20% is used by the female body. The rest is excreted into the water supply. It actually stays in the drinking water and tap water has alot of it. Anyway, don't drink tap water. One of the reasons they said they were concerned is that men's fertility rates have gone down considerably and that may be a causative factor out of the many possible reasons for it which might not be bad really. Guest guest
Never do, always filter it whether cooking or making drinks. It is scary what is in the water besides birth control. Thnk of all the meds that get flushed down the toliet when a person dies. My Dad had hospice and the RN flushed all the unused meds. Not a great system. Kim > > F. All of the above. It's only one of the many environmental pollutants that are feminizing male humans and males of all species in general. There are 51% women on earth and 49% men last time I checked. Males do tend to die younger than females for a variety of reasons, so the ratio is natural. You shouldn't expect it to be exactly 50-50 anyway: that would actually be quite odd. But that ratio has been true even back in the 1930's, before the estrogen mimicking chemicals were put in the environment. Now, there are some studies that show in certain places, male fish are turning female and the ratio is getting skewed. But that is in certain locations and is not a general phenomenon. It is affecting humans too, but not on a level that would be statistically noticable yet. Perhaps if one counts the dearth of "manliness" in Western culture, they perhaps it could be more widespread than thought. By manliness I mean Honor, Courage and willingness to fight when necessary. Not much of that these days.

Maybe now a days such things have levelled out though, I know plenty of females now engage in risky behaviour. I haven't heard that, but I have studies that show that the more stress the mother is under, the more likely she will miscarry a male fetus, which would imply more females will be born. That makes sense from a survival standpoint in that more female children would mean more females will reach childbearing age. However, all children born to stressed mothers tend to have better immune systems and tougher systems overall than those born to mothers without stress. I think we are seeing all this risky behavior these days because there are no other limits on kids. Almost everything they want to do is permitted or at least not punished if they get caught, so what is left but violence and stupid stunts? You tell a kid they can do no wrong long enough and they will believe it to the point where even crime is OK if they want to do it.

Guest guest
Several preventive measures can be taken to block the estrogen receptors and the aromatase. Estrogen is a problem in such major proportions now because people are oblivious to the solutions. Like I'd said, estrogen is found naturally in foods like apples, pomegranates, etc... and are beneficial. Of course, it's the pesticides and industrial chemicals which are the main source of exposure. I'd pay no attention to birth control pills because they are the same forms found in apples and are 1000's of times weaker than diethylstilbestrol and the other toxins. There are simple measures people can take to lower their estrogen. mikecarrie01 <mikecarrie01@...> wrote: > >> >" I just mentioned that estrogen might not be so bad."> > I have heard that they think that the estrogen in the water from birth > control pills may be responsible for feminization of men. :0> > > > > > > > > ---------------------------------> Messenger with Voice. Guest guest
It's not difficult to block the estrogen receptor sites. Fenugreek seeds will help the problem. Saw Palmetto is used by men to reduce prostate problems through androgen modulating properties. Guest guest
The anglo-saxon name for a rooster is cock. A strange irony. It's good to stay away from the methyl and propylparabens like you said. I guess you already know that broccoli, chamomile, passionflower and soy is good to get estrogen levels down and that one must take extra iodine if they eat too much soy. Make sure you get enough niacin. It forms NAD which is needed by energy production cells and is stolen when there is acetaldehyde exhaust fumes. Also, get enough iron to make oxygen in the body because there isn't enough in the city air. mikecarrie01 <mikecarrie01@...> wrote: >> It's not difficult to block the estrogen receptor sites.
