I am a very new teaching assistant and have been assigned to a young boy that is in grade 3 who is autistic / has aspergers along with behavioural. I still learning about him etc. We have a safety plan in place as he bolts when he is upset. He has kicked me, bite me, pinched me. I was told yesterday that they are thinking of having him move to another school and I would go with. I can't see how this change is good. Does anyone have advise for me?
