I went to a naturopath who put me on digestive enzymes. They cost a lot and

did nothing for me. I changed to acidophilus plus a few more cultures and have

been very, very happy with it for years. I take Primadophilus. I went without

it the last 3 days while I was camping and now I'm sorry ;-p
