Guest guest Posted March 31, 2006 Report Share Posted March 31, 2006 Dear Edith, I know a fellow who drank 2 gallons per day for weeks on end. Only result was elimination of his bladder cancer... Generally we advise 6 - 8 glasses per day. The stomach has to be empty, so that doesn't leave a whole lot of time...usually a glass or two about half an hour before a meal works out....
