This is not going to answer your question but I have been freezing the

bottles half full or so and then adding the enzymes along with filling up

the rest of the bottle before he leaves for school. That way the rest of

the frozen juice does not have to thaw before he gets all his enzymes.

Once enzymes are in liquid solution, their activity can be prolonged

much better if kept frozen and cold as possible. I don't have any

firm data on exactly how much longer they would last, but I would

estimate that they would be good for several days, maybe a week. You

might want to play with the dosing (for example, mix such that one

ice cube would equal one capsule? Or whatever is convenient) and make

it slightly more stronger than if you were giving the enzyme right

away, then you could take into account any decrease in activity over

longer periods of time.
