Guest guest
Hi JP, Okay, this is what you do. Take the index finger of your right hand, and the opposing thumb on same hand. Hold them about an inch apart. Now reach your right hand around behind you, carefully, and take some of the flesh on your buttocks between the index finger and the thumb and squeeze hard, ie., pinch. This is called a butt pinch and it is punishment for not using your machine. Chuckle. We had quite a discussion here, well, several times, that the chi machine reverses diabetes when used daily. So, when done pinching your backside, drag the machine out and use it regularly. Be sure to note your blood sugar levels when starting and keep track daily and report to us what results you get. If you don't have an original Chi Machine, the results might not be as good. But they might be fabulous. Guest guest
This year my blood sugar has run higher, particularly when under stress and/or sick, even up to the mid-300's, and I have really felt bad, like a dead man walking at times. Well, I'll start walking while lying down with the Chi. jp Depending on > what he eats, his sugar runs anywhere from 80something to low 100s. > And even cheating big time over the holidays his sugar did not go > past 190. Guest guest
I have to admit that I have been negligent in taking magnesium which I know I need daily. Guest guest
Well, soon you will have " sore butt syndrome " to distract you from the other issues. The down side of illness is that our brains don't function like they should and we fail to wake up and do what we know to do. Just take these baby steps and you will wake up a little and probably remember to do some other things you have left slip. Seriously, JP, I expect you to report back in a few days saying you are already starting to do better. Please let us know.
