Guest guest
Ozone saunas did not have much effect on my painful bunion but a few long (8 hour) clay packs and changing the way I walk has completely removed all pain and (I think) somewhat reduced the size of the bunion. See www.egoscue.com and/or http://www.anthonycareyinc.com/ and/or www.feldenkrais.com I have also massaged my feet and bunion quite aggressively over the past 6 months. Of course, I must give a certain amount of credit to ozone for generally improving my blood and detoxing my legs (edema) as well as my healthier diet and lifestyle. I believe (and have witnessed) some incredible improvements to be possible using many approaches.
