Here in Oregon, my son sees one of the leading experts in sinus disease. She

only treats sinus disease, in fact.

She recommends the sinus rinse system made by NeilMed. It is basically a

squirt bottle--with a straw to reach the bottom. It comes with saline tablets

that you drop in. She likes this system because you use exactly the right

amount each time without too much pressure--we have the Pediatric Bottle. Also,

she didn't want us purchasing an expensive system because they can " grow stuff

in them too easily. " These were the Doctor's words, not mine. I wash out the

bottle after each use and it has done wonders for . It's also EASY to

use--he can do it himself. Although, I make sure he doesn't do it in the

shower--that way I know he's actually done it--he is thirteen after all
