Guest guest
Well, OCD seems to be rearing its ugly head again. Ben has a cold, but this time he is having BTs much of the day. So, I made the plunge and bought omega 369 supplement and inositol. I'm going to start with a 1/4 t 2x a day and work our way up to 3 tsp a day over 5-6 weeks. He weighs 50lbs, is that about right? I'm so confused. I don't want to give him too much or too little. What is the right dosage. I don't think our pedi would know about this. They haven't been helpful past, let me give you a referral to a psych doc. Help!! Can I mix these?
