silicone bath cap ? hair growth

Has anyone discovered were to get the silicone bath cap from Russia

yet...LOL ! I have been doing the same expereiment that the other chap

has been doing with a regular bath cap for about 6 weeks now.. It did

loose its elasticity,no big deal,but if it breaking down the plastics

and than obsorbing them through the scalp.....well thats no good. But I

do feel that it is beinficial for hair growth,and have noticed

results,now maybe I will use a glass,or cermamic bowl or silicone cap.

I usually do it in the morning while sitting in front of the computer

for 15 minutes or so.

I have tried to bag my scalp using a poly bag a few times.

Bill, I don't see a need for this question, unless you

seeking a web shop, and wanted to know the reliable ones.

Any self respecting IRL swim wear- or sportswear- shop

sell's silicone swim caps; go look around the corner. ;-)

A question : I can imagine that ozone under a cap, on wet hair,

bleaches it or breaks it down, but how does it promote growth?

Hi Dennis,

I wasn't suggesting anything, I was asking a question.

You said it was the follicle and blood supply that you wanted to ozonate not

the hair in order to renew hair growth. So my question is if you want to

ozonate the blood and hair follicle, why is ozonating the head topically the

application of choice instead of via the ear, which will get to the blood

and follicle as well.

a few years ago i went through a period when i was losing hair. big clumps were

coming out of my scalp and body.

hair loss is imo a detoxification through the hair follicle. this happens

because all the other routes are blocked... liver, kidney, skin and toxic colon.

first thing i would suggest is green juices. in particular parsley. drink as

much of it as you can handle. this supercharged the regrowth of my hair in the

beginning stages.

i also did a ton of fir saunas. after each successive one there was an

immediate stop to the hair loss. combining this with juicing and liver cleansing

halted it and it's all grown back in now better than before. maybe up your

protein intake since hair is made of protein

the colon is largely responsible for fluid absorption, so it's a good guess that

the colon is a mess and you need to up intake of fluids, preferably fresh

juices. drinking water didn't help my hair situation

ozone is iffy in the short term. in the long term it will most likely be very

good. but if you stir up too many toxins with a plugged liver, the body might

just use the hair follicle as last resort.

i would specifically look into metal poisoning as the source of toxicity and

dont underestimate the parsely. it seems like a simple thing, but 4-6 ounces a

day can make a tremendous difference.

if you are doing ozone saunas, try doing one with ozone, and the next one just

steam to sweat. or a series of just steam to maximize sweating.

Well I can tell you this much.. I started to lose my

hair, when I was about 35ish, I did not like this.

Now looking back on it, this also happened to be about

the time, I quit being active, like not playing town

team sports....

However? In December of 2004, I started to apply h202,

to my scalp, and vigorously rubbed it in. The first

thing I noticed other than my hair turning blond was

that lack of hair in my bath tub drain.

Then? I started to be more active, like play

basktetball more often, and it wasnt long before

others began to notice too, that my hair was coming

back.. I can safely say, in my case that oxygenating

the hair follicle, and getting a bit more blood to the

follicle worked for me..

Ruth...thanks for your response. Years ago, I had been put on armour

thyroid, (don't remember how much, I do remember it was a very low dose) and my

hair fell out even worse. Years later, I read that if the adrenals are not

working properly and thyroid is given without supporting the adrenals...that

this

can cause worse problems.

My hair started falling out 17 years ago, when I stopped nursing my last

child....and has never stopped. I used to get regrowth, but not anymore. Now,

each hair strand is thinner and weaker than my normal hair used to be. It

seems the follicle is closing in more and more.

I just ordered the ozonated olive oil. If I could be alone on a deserted

island and use it every day till I fix my problem, I would defintely do so.

Margo, I had a problem with my hair falling out. I talked to my naturopath

about it. He thought it might be my thyroid. He had me take my temp every

morning before getting out of bed. It should be 98 degrees. And again between

11:00 and 3:00 and also my pulse. My morning temp was about 96. I started

taking Armour Thyroid at 30 mg and upped it till my temp was normal. Then I

backed it down a bit. My hair did stop falling out. Ruth

For the reason of thyroid/adrenal I take Metabolic Thyro which covers both

issues.

The Endo had me on Synthroid but I felt terrible. A ND suggested I use the

other

and I do feel much beeter. I've taken it for several yrs.

Margo, I didn't know that about the adrenals, but my ND did give me Isocort for

the adrenals several months before the A.Thyroid. I ordered the ozonated olive

oil too. It seems like a good thing to have on hand.

Edith, The Metabolic Thyro sounds like a good product. maybe I'll give it a
