Guest guest Posted August 11, 2007 Report Share Posted August 11, 2007 doesn't show a whole lot of affection towards his dog but she always hangs around him and they sleep together. He likes to help with the animals. Feeds the dogs and cats, brushes his mule, helps with the sheep pen. He kind of takes them in stride because he is growing up on a farm. Twice now I have found a barn kitty in the glovebox of my van. Thankfully they both survived. isn't cruel to animals intentionally. I think he sees them as toys. I'm constantly showing him how to handle them with care and safe. He does pretty good (eager to please) but I have to watch him like a hawk! Sometimes I'm not sure if is Asperger's, high functioning Autism or where he fits in. His doctors are not sure yet either but lean towards Asperger's although he is speech delayed. He is very affectionate towards Jeff and I. Not so well with strange adults but loves playing with children. Hates to share. Definatly PDD. Sorry about my spelling.
