Guest guest
Hello all, I wanted to Thank you for all the replies to " new and do not know what to do " the responses was comforting. However I have a new question, I saw my daughters pediatrician in the store today, she was asking about my daughter and I was explaining to her the problems that were going on, and her response was " does she need to be institutionalized " I said NO, I just think that all her problems (OCD, Anxiety, Anger,) are being triggered by her disability (spina Bifida, bladder and bowels)..... Here is my question, could she institutionalize my daughter just by that conversation... I am so scared right now. that would kill my little one to be away from me right now... Any response would help.... Thank You --------------------------------- Everyone is raving about the all-new beta.

Guest guest
Hi Missie, Here in NC, at least, the state wants to serve everyone at home and/or in their community instead of institutionalizing. I don't think the doc could do anything based on your conversation. Hopefully she was just wondering how " bad " things were with your daughter and for you and asked the question. So long as you are meeting your daughter's needs, etc., etc., don't worry! > > Hello all, > > > I wanted to Thank you for all the replies to " new and do not know what to do " the responses was comforting. I used to worry about that too. I drove myself crazy, but we have control over our children. Hope this helps.
