Jan 9th Workout

Almost forgot to post todays workout. I did Jillians BFBM followed by 3 Fast

Miles and stretched with Tony Horton, 603 calories burned according to the

GoWear Fit. Tomorrow will be Coffey Meyer 30 minutes to Fitness - Weights

again, probably the 41 min body blast as I have the time on Sundays, not sure

what cardio yet. I'm going to start doing my cardio in the mornings before work

and then alternate KCM weights full body premixes with Jillian 30DS  and a

stretch in the evenings after work. Still trying to fine tune to fit everything

in so it may change yet again...we'll see how it goes. Hope you're all having

a great weekend.
