Friday workout

Hi,

I finally had a chance to report my workout I did this morning. Gee, I'll be glad when things are back to normal here.

I did SLO-MO Split it up NRG 1 shoulders, bi's & tri's

warm up

SHOULDERS:

Seated overhead presses BB 25 lb (stability ball) 3 sets

Cuban press 10 DB 3 sets

Incline front press 5 DB (ball) 3 sets

standing rear fly 8 DB 3 sets

BICEPS:

concentration curls BB 30 3 sets

Bicep bonfire 8 DB 3 sets

incline bicep curl 12 DB 3 sets

TRICEPS:

lying french curl 12 DB 3 sets

tricep press down (using band and towel)

I used DB and just did kickbacks 8lb 3 sets

Tricep dips off edge of inclined step 3 sets

This was good workout. I'd really like to get another cardio in today. I'd like to finish out the MMA workouts with the kickbox one. I don't know if I can, but I'm hoping since its so cold out and we can't walk the dogs this afternoon I'll get a chance. Our temps are like 15 and lows in the single digits, so its cold!!!!
