Guest guest
tried to do 'yoga to the rescue for neck and shoulders' today but my ds knocked the dvd off my desk, scratching it all up and it wouldnt play Oh that's SUCKS! I hate it when you're jonesing to a workout and the dvd is damaged! Hugs! hmmm, this doesnt sound very challenging even with my messed up neck, but i probably need to do it along with debbie to see for sure. did this make your neck feel better at all? These aren't meant to be challenging per se as they are rehabilitative in nature. I could only do the chin tucks due to unusually sore neck. This morning I'd say my neck is 75% better. Normally I don't have neck issues so I must have slept in it funny? > This is not an " exciting " workout and Debbie is very air headed in this. > For example, when her coach, Chad Waterbury, says for the neck he's > working the suboxcipitals, Debbie says " What? the popsicle muscles? " . > She also repeats the same cues over and over and over. whoa... what has happened to our debbie who kills you while smiling through the whole thing? lol... she used to be so tough in slim series. This isn't so much a tough girl workout, and since Chad is there he seems to bring out the girliness/air headedness in her. She still looks great though and I do like Debbie! I'm thinking I might do Firm It Up later on today and meet the Tough Debbie!
