Hi everyone....todays workout was Power 90 Masters Sculpt 5/6...I like this for

a full body strength circuit workout because you can go heavier with the

weights. Here's a quick breakdown of the moves:

Warm-up/stretch

Side by side Push Ups

Heavy Pants

Six direction shoulder fly

Preacher curls

Split leg wide tri rise

One-legged hamstring press

Phlange push-up

Reverse grip heavy pants

Straight arm shoulder fly

Incline curls

Elevated chair dips

One-leg Ruble squat

Rami push up (wide push up, dive bomber into plank)

Two-way lawn mowers

Scarecrow press

In and out hammer curls

Flared arm sphinx

Squat to toe raise

Salutation push-up

Locomotive lawn mower row

Upright row into Y press

Open arm 21's

Reverse grip tricep kick backs

Squats with a plyojump on up phase

Cool Down

I didn't do the cool down to this as I went straight into P90 Masters Cardio

Intervals....don't like this as much as it didn't keep my heartrate up like

Jillians cardio circuits do. Tony is a little goofier in this as well, so I only

did the circuit once instead of twice and changed to 's Walk & Jog and my

own stretch. I think I'll stick to Jillian's circuits together with

Sansone during the week for the next little while, I really enjoy them and they

definitely lean me out. I will probably do something different on the weekends

but I'll wait and see how I feel.

Andie
