Guest guest Posted January 2, 2010 Report Share Posted January 2, 2010 Well I decided to go ahead and give my new mini trampoline a whirl today. Oh my gosh that was harder than I thought it would be, I don't know what I was thinking. I did most of the workout although some of it I did modified. I have never worked with resistance bands before, I thought it would be easier than using weights but I was way wrong. My shoulders are already aching. I sure got a good workout and I was sweating and breathing hard. I may use this every other day until I get better. I may alternate it with something else in between days. I have decided that I really hate my elliptical and it hates me too. I am going to ignore it for about a month and try again. LOL.
