Guest guest
posting yesterday's workout today.... (im always behind!) i felt too cold to walk outdoors, and it was evening before i got around to my workout anyway, so i did denise austin's '5 minute target toners'. there are twelve 5 minute workouts on the dvd which equals a 60 minute workout. i picked this workout because i thought it would be easy (yeah i admit it!) and the fact of the matter is that this is a nice little upper beginner/lower intermediate workout which suited me fine last night. denise does supersets... not resting before doing a different exercise for the same body part. some of the exercises were combined (like doing a triceps extension with one arm and a bicep curl with the other). some of the exercises were more on the beginner side, while others were more advanced. so there is a good variety... but denise doesnt do many reps of anything, she uses light weights (3-5 lbs) and each mini workout is only 5 mins long, so overall the workout is probably best for upper level beginners. i did fail on the abs segment at the end though! ive really let that area go i even liked denise in this one... she is a bit calmer in her weight workouts... i refuse to do cardio with her though! and she is still very pretty. i havent completed my workout for today yet... i seem to have alot more motivation and energy in the early evenings than in the mornings. it is even colder and windy out today, so i dont feel like walking, so im going to schedule a cardio workout around 630pm. :*carolyn.
