Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning I went with SLO-MO Legs and did 2 Set Legs NRG PREMIX. I proceeded with this workout very cautiously. I knew I'd be modifying in places and that's what I did. This workout is killer on the back, especially when you already have a back that's not too friendly a lot of times. The 2 sets was better then 3. I think I did pretty good and my back felt OK throughout the workout.

Sumo squats BB 40 (I put the bar on my shoulders as if to do just squats. My back felt much better like this. It took A LOT of the pressure off)

Jefferson Squats (1) 20 3 sets (the DVD messed up here. next time stop I need to stop on the 2 sets. I added the 3rd because I already started doing the first side)

Cradle side lunges 40 BB 1 set

wobble hack squats 2 risers 15 2 sets ( I like this exercise)

hammy rockers (high step w/ 2 risers) 10 2 sets

glute wraps 20 BB 2 sets

single leg squats ball (1) 10 DB

I don't know if I'll get any DOMS and hopefully my back won't bother me later.
