Guest guest Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 Hi Everyone, THis morning I started off with the Joint Mobility section from Annette Fletcher's Joint Mobility and Stretch DVD (Annette also "starts" in Perfect in 10 Stretch & Perfect in 10 Pilates) This first section on joint mobility is around 20 mintues, starts with the neck and works its way down to the feet. There is nothing new presented here, but it is a good session and, for those who are not likely to do this without a video, a good tool for hitting all the major spots in the body. I really should do all of these exercises on my own throughout the day!! It was a nice, thorough session. I'm pretty good everywhere but in my hips - no surprises there considering I sit a lot at work and a lot of the exercise I do/did is not very conducive to building loose hips - walking, running, stepping, etc. The DVD also has a "dynamic" stretch section and a more "traditional" static stretch section. will work my way through this one! After that, I did Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Fusion - a long time favorite of mine. It continued to loosen everything up. I do have some slight DOMS all over from doing Ellen's and Kries' workouts this week. Tomorrow I'll do one of s and probably some cardio as well.
