Guest guest Posted January 12, 2010 Report Share Posted January 12, 2010 morning all,didn't do much over the weekend. just two segments from quick fix cardio kick. yesterday did all the right move fundamentals b/c it was short and it mixed yoga and pilates. then i did 30 min intervals on elliptcal at the y with a 15 min stretch afterwardsthis morning i re visited jackie's power circuits. i was able to heavy a tad more and WOW!!! really hard to do with weights i usually say are light to moderate!!! i will be sore again for sure!!! hopefully a treadmill will be free at the y later. UGH i love ppl are getting into fitness but this time of year is a bitch to get a machine(and springtime when marathons and bikini season are around the corner). i just want to RUN!!! i don't mind the elliptical but the only treadmills they have are upstairs while they have other equipment downstairs too. if not i will hop on the elliptcal downstairs so i can get a little more cardio in. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
