plan for this week / RIP magic bullet

Since I can walk again (Noel fried my legs last Tuesday) I'd like to finish up my Debbie Siebers rotation. I don't have that much more to go, maybe by mid February I'll be done? I'm gonna try and hit the sack soon and get up at 4:00 tomorrow morning and work out before work if I can. When I lost a lot of weight I was working out twice a day and I prefer working out in the morning, it's just that I've been getting to bed so late lately!The plan:Monday morning: Body StepMonday evening: Shape It Up with Marc and Marina with a one mile WATP warmup and stretch workoutTuesday: Chest and Triceps with NoelWednesday morning: Body StepWednesday evening: Firm It Up with Marc and Marina (then I will be done with this workout for the rotation) and stretch workoutThursday: Debbie Siebers Total Body Solutions with Tressia with a WATP one mile warmup (then I will be done with this workout for the rotation)Friday morning: Body StepFriday Evening: Tear It Up (then I will be done with this workout for the rotation) and stretch workoutSaturday - OFFSunday - Teach my Turbo Kick Mix, faves from R34 - R37Sadly, tonite while I was grinding coffee beans, horror of horror - my Magic Bullet FROZE! I got out a wrench and tried to move it but the plastic blade turner thing is JAMMED! I'm bidding on another bullet base on Ebay and in the meantime I'll take this one apart and see if some WD-40 or something might fix it? Protein shakes are going to be boring and watery this week, and I'll actually have to go buy some coffee at the store and grind it there! WANH! hi laura - sorry to hear about the magic bullet not being so

magical anymore

mine seized up but i realized that the seal from the grinder lid

has gotten all tangled up in the blades, so i just removed it.

ive never used mine to grind coffee though... that sounds like a

too big of a job for the magic bullet that i have.
