Guest guest Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 Hi Everyone, This morning was Shred Level 2 - oddly, I don't "dread" the shred! I think b/c they are short - although looking ahead to next week I have a double Shred day coming up where Level 1 and 2 are scheduled for the same workout. I think I'll be ok.... Anyway, I heavied up a little bit on the weights where I could. I do one regular set of push-ups and one set of "walking" push-ups today. After Shred, per 's suggestion, I did miles 3 & 4 of 's Punch Up Your Walk which worked perfectly! Finally, I did an episode of Classical Stretch from Season 4 (2007 series). I recorded the two new episodes from PBS so will try and get those in this week as well. Tomorrow is scheduled to be No More Trouble Zones, but I'm not sure if I want to do that one again or not. It seems that I just did most of it (on Monday). I was thinking of substituting the "Last Chance" workout instead or maybe the Results workout with Whitmarsh.
