Guest guest Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 Breakfast--Special K, skim milk, 2 slices 7 grain toast Snack--peach and cottage cheese, tea Lunch--enchilada casserole, pepsi Snack--carrots with ranch, tea, pepsi Dinner--beans and meat (96% lean ground beef stirred into bbq baked beans), corn, peas, 2 slices 7 grain bread Snack--Protein Smoothie (2 scoops protein powder, 8oz orange juice, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup strawberries) Water--120 ounces Calories--3142 Carbs--482.5--61% Protein--160.5--20% Fat--58.5--17% Exercise--Warm-up on treadmill, 5 minutes; Weights--Legs, 30 minutes; Treadmill, 20 minutes; Stretch for legs, 15 minutes; Total 70 Minutes Thoughts & Feelings--Feeling good. Legs are already sore from my weight workout. Back is also killing me though from having the bar across it for squats. Gotta get my pad washed before I do legs again.
