Wednesday workout

Hi,

I had to get up really early this morning to get my workout done. Got a service guy coming at 9 am. I did STS legs #6. I'm hoping for more DOMS, but I have a feeling I won't get it this time. I usually get it one good time and then if I repeat workouts I don't get it anymore. BUT, I could get a surprise, these are tough workouts.

Front lunge+ back lunge

alternating front lunge 12

leg press 15

one leg elevated lunges 10

deadlifts wide stance- SKIPPED

one leg slide back lunges with paper plate 10

side slide lunges with paper plate 10

one leg sit N stand (I modified here and did both legs and 6 risers on my high step, 12 lb)

squats narrow stance- 20

calf raises 20

low pulse lunges 10

stiff legged deadlilft on platform- SKIPPED

wall squats double leg- 8 (modified and held the weights the entire time)

lateral step ups- 15

45 degree lunge- 12

squats narrow stance- 20

static low end lunges- 10

wall squat with ball and leg extension

leg press with band on high step

firewalkers

calve raises- 20

BONUS LEG BLAST:

standing kickback with band

supine double leg outer thigh press with band

inner thigh raise with band (not sure why she says band here because they use ankle weights. I used 2 lbs)

This was tough. She doesn't stretch at all in this one so I had to do a couple stretches on my own. I wanted to do some of the extended stretch, but I just didn't have time.

I'm so happy I got it done so early. Off to get ready for school!!!
