Guest guest Posted December 24, 2009 Report Share Posted December 24, 2009 Hi Everyone, I did Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt this morning - LOVED it per usual. I used 3's and they felt plenty heavy for this type of workout. I also got a nice little cardio buzz from it. My back is finally feeling good again after the shoveling/housework/wrapping/baking of this past weekend. I had two chiro visits back to back and I think that helped. Plus, yesterday I was in the office, and usually sitting is not great for me - but I think I needed a break from bending, reaching, stretching, carrying stuff all day! I am actually going to the chiro again today and I think that will work out the last remaining kinks. Which is good b/c tomorrow I won't be exercising and exercising - even if it is just stretching - is so important for my back to stay healthy and happy. Anyway - off to get some last minute baking done and some other housework type duties so we can hopefully have a nice clean house for dinner tonight and for tomorrow.
