Guest guest Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 Hi, I got my workout started late today because had to go to the dentist at 8:15 and I wasn't about to get up super early to do ANY shock cardio workout. After I got home I started the workout with a lot of hesitance. I did Cardio Core Circuits. I've done this one "as is" once and didn't like it so I decided to try one of the premixes. I did the "express circuits" she does this workout doing the circuits just one time through. It was a lot better, but still super tough. At the end I decided to add on Seasun's Stepping Up. I'm still practicing this one so I did combo 1 twice through, maybe more. I did a lot of rewinding. I think I'm starting to get it and its so much fun. I'm still having trouble on a couple moves, but I'll get em'. I did the cool down and stretch. I couldn't believe how much chore is in the cool down. As far as CCC.... I just don't care for the workout. Yes, it super hard, but from the day I started working out many years ago I've always hated doing cardio and then getting down on the floor and then back up and over and over. I've just always hated that. Once I'm on the floor that's where I like to stay lol. So I burned 570 calories and the workout was 65 minutes. I'm glad all that is over with.
