's exercise

Today I did not feel like exercising but I made myself do it. I got home from work at 5 PM and I don't know what I did for 3 hours, mostly watched TV I guess, and then I looked at the clock and said to myself, get your lazy butt off the sofa and do something. All I could muster the effort for was a 3 mile express walk with stretchy band but at least it was something. I have to work tomorrow and then I am on vacation for 2 weeks. I cant wait. I will have more time for chatting with you all then, this working for a living really gets in the way of my computer time. LOL.
