Guest guest Posted December 18, 2009 Report Share Posted December 18, 2009 monday-did yoga booty ballet hip hop abs!! then followed with core fusion body sculpt arms,thighs and glutes in the evening. tuesday-did tribal fusion dance with rachel brice. this is the bellydance/yoga video and did the 15 min practice. in the pm did a weight circuit.wed-yoga zone fat burning segment #1 and 30 min elliptical and an ab circuit in the pmthurs-rest dayfri-just finished a kettlebell swing circuit. i totally forgot to draw up a routine so i just picked up a bell and let that guide me. i did 10 reps each-one hand swings each side, two hand swings,alternating swings for 5 sets. quick,basic to the point and still one of the most effective moves for lower body and heart rate!last day of work pretty excited not looking forward to the snow but not sure how much we will really get. they always say tons and then we get nothing. just hope dh is safe tonight as he has to do overnights again. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
