I have been lazy for Monday and Tuesday and did not work out. Today I decided to get my butt up and do it. I did the Kathy Step workout again. Last time I only did the beginner portion and fast forwarded through the intermediate and advanced to the cool down. Today I did the whole thing, although on the intermediate portion I gave up on the arms a little bit because I am just so not coordinated. I did do arms, just not like how she was doing them LOL. I felt okay doing the whole thing so I will do this one a few more times all the way through with no risers and then I will add in one set of risers. Oh yeah and I did skip the ab section cuz I just wasn't in the mood for doing abs. On Monday even though I didn't work out, I did read a book called Fitness for Dummies, it was an older version from 1996. I did learn a lot from it though. I would like to find a newer version, this older one doesn't even mention ellipticals in the machine chapter, they must not have been around then, I don't know. It also has a section on workout tapes (VHS of course) and notes which instructors they thought were the best. I also got a book called Workouts for Dummies but I haven't read that one yet. Well, so sorry for writing a novel today but that is what's up with me. Oh and I found a pair of ankle weights at the thrift store today for a dollar for the set, I think they are probably around 2 pounds each, they seem to heavy to me, does anyone use ankle weights and if so, for what? Have a great day everyone.
